Add hist and bug fix #554

Adding histograms to make vertex efficiency plots with W and Z. Adding more utility histograms for QCD MC studies, and fixing a bug in that the Muon_genPartFlav was forced to be 3 (from light quark decays, a leftover change from previous tests)

The rest is mainly changes about plotting scripts
