Statens kartverk background map #15

From Statens Kartverk (see Vibrog's driver) or/and Turkompisen.

Issues, what happens when you go outside the boundaries of those maps? Is it easy to specify different maps for different areas? Warning message?

As for changing maps when going outside the boundaries, that is feasibly but the user interaction for just changing the map has to be investigated.

Yes, changing maps could be problematic, and isn't necessary for now. Turkompisen looks really good and would be better, but unfortunately most of Sogn og Fjordane is very sparsely mapped so I think I'll have to use Statens Kartverks map.

Statens kartverk is now basemap in profile branch. I have not done anything with the boundaries of the map.
