ion-router-outletに表示したWebComponent内のion-menu-toggleをクリックするとスクロールが効かない #1

ハンバーガーアイコンのMenuのion-menu-toggleのコラムをクリックし、にkoramu.pageを表示。 そこに表示される各コラムのリンクをクリック後に表示をすると、 WindowsのChromeではスクロールが効くが、 iPhoneのiOSのSafariではスクロールが効かない。

下記のページによると、 [iOS 12.2 Beta & Scrolling] Scrolling Freeze Issue with iOS 12.2 Beta #984 https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-v3/issues/984 iOS 12.2にはバグがあるらしく、スクロールが出来ない。 ionic v4の場合、 global.scssに .ios ion-content { pointer-events: auto; } を追加すると、スクロールが効くようになる。
