Occurs with a 10% or so chance during <30% device installation. Bugcheck is undocumented.

Turns out the bugcheck has been renamed with 18917, it's in fact just DRIVER_PNP_WATCHDOG.

Only saw this issue reproduced on early builds, but not new ones, closing it as a result
