The issue is linked to the addition of modified provisioning packages dealing with power profiles. We took RS5 ones as a base for the modifications, since windows didn't support MSM8994 and MSM8992 at first glance, making release specific ppkgs would be the better option to make here, but this needs a revamp of the installation system for these. Adding Power to this issue as a consequence as well as Core install.
