Auto rotation does not work as expected #56

Run win32 app(x86 & arm both) will cause auto rotate return to default。 UWP seem haven't this problem.

To be honest the Auto Rotate feature (forced manual?) is pretty rugged. For me it does not rotate on the Windows 10 login screen. Tested in 1909.
