styled-components 안의 createGlobalStyle을 이용하여 css를 초기화할 수 있다. resetCSS라는 라이브러리도 있지만 위를 이용 https://github.com/zacanger/styled-reset/blob/master/src/index.ts

app.tsx 가 좀 지저분한데 ㅡㅡ
