The tutorial text looks good, only thing I'd like changed is the title ("Mindshields on tired soldiers"). By convention, our tutorial titles are short and capitalized. Perhaps "Mindshield Drawbacks"?

I am fine with making the title capitalized, however I don't think it needs to be short. The reason is that it's not a core mechanic like the rest of tutorials describe - it's a very specific nerf to a very specific abuse strategy. In fact, it's not really a tutorial even, it's more of a warning popup (that just uses the tutorial infrastructure) which you will probably never see at all unless you explicitly attempt this strategy.

Writing this, I think i should actually unlink this from the "enable tutorials" checkbox since I foresee people attempting this strat on a 2nd+ run where they would understandably disable the tutorials
