Fix wrong voice lines triggering when all enemies eliminated on sabotage monument mission #688

Right now, when all enemies are killed: -> if the bomb is not planted, bradford says to rendezvous at the extraction point -> if the bomb is planted, bradford says to plant the bomb These should obviously be swapped around.
