New plugin for generating Swagger from restserver #144

I have just completed a plugin to generate a swagger based on the WP-API plugins installed it's at https://github.com/starfishmod/WPAPI-SwaggerGenerator Would you be able to put this on http://v2.wp-api.org/guide/plugins/ ?
