Update authentication.md #105

The plugin "JWT Authentication for WP REST API" has not been updated for more than 2 years ! Futhermore, since Wordpress 5.5, this plugin generates a Warning in Apache Log.

I suggest another plugin which is working fine.

Thanks for the contribution! Closing since the plugin reference was fixed earlier when the Authentication page got updated to document Application Password authentication
