Update documentation for 5.5 #97

WordPress 5.5 is slated for release on August 11. We should aim to have our documentation updated before then. Previously #88.

[x] Review closed tickets in the 5.5 milestone to identify what needs special docs handling.
[x] Update the Changelog page.
[x] Regenerate the reference documentation.

[ ] Introduce register_theme_support method
[x] Add Links to the REST version of a Resource in the header of the page
[x] Trigger _doing_it_wrong if wp_send_json is used on a REST API request
[x] JSON schema primer and document supported features

I'm going to leave register_theme_support alone for now. The dev note is fairly comprehensive, and I think the docs make more sense to live as part of the plugins or themes handbook.
