URL doesn't point anywhere #2

The repo URL (previously aouth-debugger.wp-api.org, but I fixed the misspelling) doesn't actually point to anything: http://oauth-debugger.wp-api.org/

@joehoyle were you waiting on a DNS change from me here?

@rmccue pretty sure you wanted the color scheme changed so it halted on that.
