Keep in sync with Gutenberg runtime from WordPress.org #1

I stopped following Gutenberg round about v2.9.2, but now that a release date for WordPress 5.0 has been proposed I thought I'd better get back up to speed.

This runtime version needs to be updated to v4.0.0, via each of the intermediate releases on WordPress.org

Now at Gutenberg 4.8.0

Now needs to be updated to Gutenberg 5.1.1 This version of the plugin should be activated in blocks.wp-a2z.org and the blocks documented with their core/core-embed namespace but being a component of core. Then there should be links to the core version when that version of Gutenberg has been merged with core. New blocks that I’m aware of are: RSS, Search. For a similar reason I’ll want to document all the blocks from oik-blocks in this site, linking to the master documentation in oik-plugins.com
