Name of reviewer not at the top of the decline box

• {{U|Anne Delong|Anne}}, checking the page history, it appears the script isn't adding the |decliner= or |declinets= parameters anymore. that is a bug... would you please follow the link at the top of the page and put in a ticket please? thanks.
