sort and remove doubled regex #165

all over the submission.js are regexes. most duplicated. I started to put some at the top (was part of my cleanup job of the comment sorting).

I will do (hopefully this weekend) clean them, give them more descriptive names, and remove them from the script body.

I belive so. if not we can push any commit with marking it to that ticket even if that is closed (or marked as "in develop".
