Offer an auto-G13 option #73

I think in the "Other Stuff" section that currently only does "Cleanup" there should be a second option that detects if there is currently a declined template and if the draft hasn't be edited in six months there should be a second button to "tag for G13". --Technical 13

https://github.com/WPAFC/afch/commit/dfd593b1537803dc86afbc8db0ed95fe5eae9f2a adds a "Tag the submission for G13 speedy deletion" button if the submission is declined and hasn't been edited in six months. Tested on enwiki.

Technical-13 commented 11 years ago

Re-opening all tickets that do not have milestones of "Closed as INVALID request or WONTFIX" or "Pushed to Stable / Live version". This will reduce redundancy of bug reports by making it easier to find what isn't in live yet, which is what most people are using.
