issue with instagram and android

Describe the bug When people access an URL using Instagram browser they click to download the file, it loads up to 100% and that's it, the file is never downloaded. The workaround is clicking on ¨Open with Chrome¨ but not everyone know about it and they simply think ¨there's an error, I can't download the file¨, so they abandon the website. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add the download link through insta > open it >
2. try to download
3. See error
4. seems to happen only on android - on iOS it opens the file

the workaround I found for the Instagram issue was ticking the box ¨Redirect to file¨.

It seems like the Instagram Browser does not allow file download. 'Redirect to file' only works for files that can be opened in the browser like: .jpg, .csv, .pdf. etc. It does not work for files that require download like: .zip
