Describe the bug In a multisite installation the file browser should only point to the directories that are dependent on their rightful site, so that users from one site won't be able to add files from other sites.

Cand activezi optiunea "Disables the directory file browser" in setarile network-ului, ar trebui sa dispara aceasta optiune din setarile subdomeniului. Momentan ramane optiunea in setari, dar nu functioneaza daca din network e oprita.
