At the moment, you cannot search the downloads with the #id number of a document in the backend and we have 100's.

e.g. searching for the number 10616 (in https://www.labourproviders.org.uk/download/10616/ ) via the Downloads listing doesn't display anything so we have to tab through the pages to find it.
