first click opens modal, second click displays no access content #1532

Describe the bug Now that I am using option 2 (pop-up message) I have noticed something “weird”. The web is in the Spanish language. The pop-up message, the first time, comes out in English, if I try again, the message appears in Spanish, but the first try, always in English.

This has been solved, but not closed because extensions will need to update their code also. Going to close this now.
