The dlmXHRGlobalLinks will be defined with a double slash, in case of using translation plugins, and thus making the XHR unavailable in some situations.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install translation plugin, set languages and set no access modal
Go to extra language, try to download a locked file, see if the modal appears
