For example, version 1.0 was uploaded by John Doe on 12/31/22 and that was updated to version 2.0 on 4/3/23 by Jane Doe, but we don't have a record of who uploaded which version into the system. Even if there is a way to add it automatically to the Short description, for reference would be fine.
