Add another option to "delete entries after migration" #13

Migrate from envira -> select all galleries -> check "delete entries" -> finish migration.

This way, our migration tool will also clean-up after the other gallery plugins.

Tested this as well and it appears to be working properly. Can someone else test this as well?
