Regina Lite v2.0 update

[x] move all the settings from the "Single Post Options" Panel inside a single one. Right now, we have 3 different panels for a handful of controls. All options should be moved inside the panel titled "Single Post Options". No need for multiple panel to keep a handful of controls.
[ ] move "Color Controls" panel to main Customizer panel and make it like in Newsmag Lite
[ ] remove "Section Order"
[x] concatenate "Site Identity" and "Logo" panels (move all settings from Logo to Site Identity panel)
[x] rename panel "Contact details" into "Header Settings"; move the control "Enable search box in header" from panel "Advanced" to newly created "Header Settings" panel
[x] rename "Footer details" to "Footer settings" and move it outside of the "Theme Options" panel into the main Customizer panel

[x] Add section order upsell here
[x] Hero Section panels should be converted into a single panel; no need for two different panels for only a handful of controls
[x] Front-page sections -> Hero Section -> Blue box -> Toggle: Show the blue box? should have an active_callback to trigger the display of the following fields: title, description & book URL
[x] remove 'Google Maps' panel
[ ] remove upsells from Our Services -> Feature 1-4 and add a single up-sell in the "Our Services" panel. It should always be displayed at the top.
[x] Same for "Our Team" Section
[x] Same for "Testimonials" Section

[x] Add a "LITE vs PRO" button in the main Customizer panel, like in Newsmag.
[x] Currently, most "see PRO vs LITE" buttons in the upsell CTAs don't work (this is being tested on a WordPress Multisite set-up) - could be related.
[x] All 3-level panels have a weird transition effect. Check MedZone, it doesn't have this issue there.
