[Translate]translating custom fields (client details) with polylang

Describe the bug

I added Polylang language plugin lately and could see a bug that when translating the Client Details fields (like Name & Company) the new translation is changed also in the main language. No two languages like the Testimonial main text for example. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translation-of-client-details/

seems like the same happens as here: https://github.com/WPChill/strong-testimonials/issues/325 only in polylang I could not find settings to solve it
