SSL Cert #8

We do not currently have a cert purchased or certbot from Let's Encrypt set up. We need one of these two things before we can start letting people log in to the site.

Certbot is set up and the nginx config has been updated. The only issue is that the site is not completely secure because the static content is still being served over http. Still looking into fixing that.

It turns out that we are serving all of our files over https. There are some external images being loaded over http. This is an easy fix.
