Crew chief event editing needs "exit without changes" #329

I clicked the "edit" button in the new Crew chief interface, and realized I didn't want to make any changes. however, I couldn't return to the event screen without finding it in my history or clicking the logo and returning to the top of the db. There needs to be a "cancel" or "exit without saving" button that returns you to the event details page.

Currently has a working beta; I'll open up a testing branch soon (edit: #337). Need to fix a bug where invalid submission breaks it.
