Improve tables for mobile #398

The event list pages really suck on mobile.

400 partially improves this by making the top navbar not scroll horizontally with the rest of the (mobile-breakingly wide) tables.

Is this good enough or do we want CSS wizardry such that horizontal scrolling is unnecessary?
