Update Auth Framework

As a security analyst, I want to use the easiest and most secure possible auth framework, so that I can ensure authentication to the site is secure

Can also consider switching to Amplify/Cognito (via https://sst.dev/guide.html) if the following holds true:

• Admin confirmation to create users
• Can store custom metadata e.g., team with users
• Can customize email pages
