Review and update general styling/CSS to do the following:

Things to fix:

Navbar doesn't follow Figma for mobile
Storybook missing for almost all components
Regatta nav structure is a little messy
Regatta results shows "Loading..." instead of invalid regatta ID when the regatta ID is invalid

We really should move all of our components to something like Shadcn or at least Radix

+1. Shad is based on Radix (Radix is designed to be generic/unstyled)
