Fix encoding issue with README on PyPi with MountainsMapÂ® #53

After uploading the README to PyPi, the string of text MountainsMap® appears as MountainsMapÂ®. This could be an encoding issue with UTF-8. This could mean there is a way to specify the encoding during the upload process with running twine.
