Implement progress bar displaying during surface importing #71

This progress bar should be displayed always on top, and have no way of interacting with it. The progress bar will "progress" by completing a surface. Maybe have a fraction that displayed such as: "0/2 surfaces completed" -> "1/2 surfaces completed" -> "Surface analysis complete"
