We are experiencing an issue with email notifications not being sent reliably for new WooCommerce orders. Most of the time, the email notifications are received as expected, but occasionally, we don’t receive the order confirmation emails for certain customer orders. This is causing delays in processing orders and impacting our customer service.
Steps we’ve tried to resolve the issue:
Ensured the “From” email address is correct and properly set up.
Checked spam/junk folders, but the missing emails are not there.
Verified that Fluent SMTP is properly configured.
Tested email delivery with test emails, which seem to work fine.
Checked the WooCommerce order status and confirmed orders are being placed successfully.
