open space plan colors are too similar #9

related to #2 as some colors are too close to default park basemap color

Open Space Plan – “Divest” and “Naturalize” colors are too close. Also “Naturalize” matches the base layer of what I think are Parks. Existing Parks and “Naturalize” should be different colors.
