Feature/add changelog #181

Added the list of all the native sniffs and all the added sniffs from the ruleset.

I've also made a note in the #theme-review channel about updateing the handbook so that it can closely follow the ruleset + some rules should be added in the handbook (session etc.)

@jrfnl let me know if anything needs to be fixed.

I've left a few comments and fixed the mentioned typos and errors (didn't commit them yet). I was inspired by WPCS changelog which is super detailed 🙂
