Pressing the Go button should stop and restart the process #71

I often forget to check the Hide warnings checkbox, meaning I check it and click the Go button again. But instead of starting over, I get results like: "Percent completed: 196.67%" and the warnings are not hidden.

Partially fixed with the new release.
