Images not Resized when media uploaded via Media -> Add New #11

Hey Simon,

Thanks for this great plugin - extremely useful stuff.

I've noticed that when uploading images via the Media -> "Add New" in the WP left hand menu, the images are uploaded as their original size, but when uploaded through "Add Media" in a post or page - it is successfully re-sized.

I wonder if this is a product of the WP 3.9 changes ...?

Would be awesome if this was resolved :)

Same issue here. Any planned updates to this plugin as it was an essential part of my armoury for school sites. May have to find an alternative?

This plugin is dead as far as I can tell. I haven't found a new, active plugin that resizes before upload. However, there are other active plugins that will resize them, like Imsanity. https://wordpress.org/plugins/imsanity/
