-removed "requesting money" navigation link because of repetition
-footer now has a website feedback form, redirects to WRC home page and Rice university page, and credits to Bootstrap and FlatIcon
-all redirects to external sites open in a new tab
-i overrode a lot of bootstrap css so hopefully you guys can test out how responsive it is and see if anything breaks!!!
