KMRL import : quickfixes #137

Fares files weren't getting saved in the output GTFS in final stage
Better to leave trip_short_name unprovisioned for metro systems
Route shape to be loaded

Route shape user interface to be set up later; for now it is directly loading the shape for first route from xml_related/R001.geojson during import process.
