Ignore test artifacts #12

git-ignore artifacts produced by a test.

We could rework the test later, but for now I prefer to git-ignore it.

@kirs I'm going to invite you to join this repository now. Please continue to make pull requests so that we can see what you're doing and have a chance to review it, but this means that if the others make pull requests, you'll be able to review and merge them.

If there are tiny, obvious fixes like typos, feel free to fix them directly on master. If there's any doubt on whether something's trivial, just open a pull request - it doesn't take me long to look over it and click merge. :-)
