Create a resources directory for images and supporting documentation.
Add any documentation about how the Navber should work and if there are any improvements to be made. This is a good place to add images for reference and if we have a UI/UX designer, potentially have their suggested improvements included with images from Figma or something of the like. Potentially also add Tango PDFs to illustrate how the navbar works and its reactivity to page size.
