Interchange drawing info bug #1

  1. Load GeoPortal.
  2. Zoom to Olympia area.
  3. Turn on Interchange Drawings layer.
  4. Click on 101/I-5 interchange
  5. Interchange drawing popup contains expected information.
  6. Click Tools | Milepost | Find Nearest Milepost
  7. Click on I-5 to display popup.
  8. Close popup
  9. Click on 101/I-5 Interchange icon.
  10. The popup is now empty when it should contain HTML popup information from the map service.

This might be a good opportunity to replace the jQuery UI Dialog with an Esri Popup.
