Use the ArcGIS API for JavaScript Web Optimizer to create an optimized version of the JavaScript API. This should improve the application startup time by reducing the number requests for JavaScript files.

Application has been modified, so this will need to be redone. Currently using unoptimized compact framework

This is obsolete. Unless upgrading to v4 of the ArcGIS API, this would not be worth the effort.
