Superload search results are not retained after clicking browser Back button #24

During task 8, participants clicked the superload requirements hyperlink and exited the Bridge Vertical Clearance Trip Planner website. When they opted to use the browser Back button to return to the website, their task 8 search parameters were no longer on the website.

Users that had reset their search criteria using the website’s Reset button went back to a blank search (starting with the disclaimer). However, three of the participants did not click Reset before their task 8 search. Those users went back to their task 7 search results after accepting the disclaimer, which proved to be confusing. All participants expected that when they went back to the website, it would have retained their search information for task 8.
