Add, at the top of the page, test for features that cause issues with obsolete browsers.

[x] Session history management (not implemented in IE 9 and lower)
[x] Element.classList (not implemented in IE 9 and lower)
[x] EventTarget.addEventListener. (This is called by jQuery causing a failure in IE 8 and lower.)
