Edge: Popup will not close #61

Reportedly, when the application is opened in the Microsoft Edge browser, the user is unable to close the disclaimer dialog. Until we have a Windows 10 environment for testing, we could only guess as to what the cause is.

[ ] Get Windows 10 VM
[ ] Reproduce error in Edge browser on Windows 10 VM.
[ ] Fix issue, if possible.

I was unable to reproduce the error on a Windows 10 computer in Edge.
