When adding some new catch basins and grated inlets last night I could not use the collect gps. It would not do anything I was able to click on y location on the map and add the features though.

I will write a test plan for the editing tools and post it here. Since this bug is one where we cannot get a GPS point feature on the map, I'll call it the "I get the point" test plan. I will make sure the editing environment passes that test plan before I release it to testing.

I will fix this bug today, and will not release it to testing until I have posted the test plan here and have seen to it that the editing tools pass all tests in that plan.

Some highlights of the test plan: It will include a list of known past issues and how to confirm they aren't back. All tests will be repeated for points, lines, and polygons. All tests will be repeated for adding features vs editing features.

Fyi as a bug work around for the current release, our users can tap the screen to create a point, and then the +Collect GPS will work to move that point to their current location.

I found and fixed the cause of the problem. I'm splitting my time now between writing up the test plan and following it to test this bug fix.
