MAP Updates 2019 #1308

Good Afternoon I have attached .pdf’s of forms from HATS with updates of what is needed for 2019. The form for 4A3 will be under HATS-Activities-Other Activities- MAP Survey- in numerical order between 3A5 and 4B1. The new form will take place of the MAP features- MAP Survey-Bridge. The other changes with MAP Surveys for roadway and roadside are minor changes.

I have also attached an excel sheet with updates for 4A3 bridge washing in the equation for getting the LOS score. Josh, I have a couple of questions back to you regarding the SL_target decimal score. It seems like 4A3 should be different but I believe it ties back to the SL_Calc., but ….. It has been so long since we updated one of these I would like to touch base with you to make sure we’re on the same page. I believe 6A1 striping might need updated, but I believe we went through an exercise with you on all the SL_targets and percentages rounding, etc.

Maintenance is meeting the middle of next month, which will probably result in some service level target updates, so if we’re all on the same page it should make that process simpler.

I will be setting up a conference call for early next week.

Update from Kelly:

"Good Afternoon I am resending this email as a reminder from the meeting we had on March 4th, regarding MAP. One thing that has been confirmed, there will require a change to the Map Activity name for 3A1 Litter Pickup. The MAP activity name for 3A1 will be updated to Roadside Cleanup for 19_21 biennium.

The calculation that is used for this MAP activity will not change, the form question under the MAP Field Survey Roadside/Drainage form would remain the same- *Total Litter Count.
