For material accountability (salt/sand), can we develop a program/ report tab within HATS to record what has been taken from the stock pile. Also have the ability for the supervisor to view and tally or upload to an excel spreadsheet. This type of program has been mentioned to McBride and Stecher with positive feedback. #1309

Just FYI, there are the feature activity forms I created for Procurement (8420/8425) in HATS that are linked to Inventory Control Point features. Last I heard, Solomon Shird was going out with an iPad to inventory these sites and was going to work with MO to train Maintenance folks to use. The goal of these forms was to replace the paper forms that were left in the mailboxes near a site and expedite the process of typing it into their procurement system, but it doesn't seem like it's really reached everyone in Maintenance yet (idea for training). You can use these forms to help track transfer of stockpile and store materials like salt/sand. It doesn't sync up with any other system though, and there is no dashboard to tell you how much is left at a certain site (future goal!?). You can update the attributes of the feature to reflect though.
